Wildlife Estate

Text Box: Rapid creek wildlife estate is situated on the Rapid Creek farm in the Kei Road district of the Eastern Cape.
The location is 55km from East London, 20km from Stutterheim at the foot of the Amatola mountains and 38km from Komga, 28km from King Williams Town.

The Estate is situated on 651 ha of natural bushveld on the edge of two natural dams. The  farm is made up of many species of wildlife and birdlife through which the Emtaleni river runs. The wildlife consists of  Kudu, Eland, bushbuck, impala, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, duiker, warthog, bushpig, lynx, Tssessebe, hartebeest, blesbok, Bontebok, jackal, and antbear amongst others.
There is also an array of birdlife including exotics such as the Knysna loerie which is in abundance.
The estate  is also accessible to the Kei road sports club and farmers association which comprises of bowling green, tennis courts and club house which is renown for its steak evenings and number of annual functions.
The Stutterheim  country club and golf coarse is a 15 minute drive away as well as the Wriggleswade dam which has boating, skiing and fishing facilities for the water enthusiast.

This estate is designed to suite the nature lover who places a high priority on country living and natural ambiance coupled with a secure and tranquil lifestyle or holiday getaway. It is also ideal for the retired and active nature lover which allows for walks through the game farm and a bush camp for the odd overnight natural getaway. 

There are a total of 20 stands for sale which are sectional title free standing units.
The buildings sizes start at 62m/s up to a maximum of 120m/s excluding garage facilities and will be designed in a rustic finish to enhance the natural surroundings.
The units will be designed as eco and green friendly with use of either solar, wind and/or gas for energy requirements.
The land will be sold on a monthly instalment basis by the owners over a prescribed period and each instalment will be a reduction on the capital amount from the first month of transfer. This therefore would not require the need for the use of commercial bank loans on the land. 
The units would be built for cash or through a bond from an approved financial institution as per plan.
